What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to produce and ship orders within 3-5 business days. For custom design or bulk orders of more than 20 pieces, we may require up to 10 business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

NO. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, as all pieces are made to order — especially those with custom design or names. We do our utmost to minimize errors with our proofing and approval process for custom text or layouts. We ask all clients to review carefully for spelling, dates and placement. Upon approval, additional charges apply for re-producing if errors are found on the final pieces. We only replace or refund if we made the error after approvals.

Even though they are double coated with durable lacquer, please handle the products with care. We do not offer free replacement if an item is broken through rough handling by the client.

Can you engrave my logo?

Absolutely! Please send your logo file in one of these vector formats for review:

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS (encapsulated postscript)

We ask that you send your logo via email to beyondengravables@rogers.com. We would like to receive in the native file (ai, svg format). If you do not have them in this format, our graphic designer, vector specialist can create (additional charges apply)

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Absolutely! Pickup is available in Sooke, BC. FREE delivery is available within Sooke for $150 minimum orders and within Greater Victoria for $500 minimum orders. Please select local pickup or delivery at checkout and we will be in touch by email to make an appointment with you either way.

Do you offer same day engraving?

No, but if you are willing to deliver and pickup your own product, the usual turnaround is two business days.

Do you Engrave Client’s Products?

Yes! We do offer products with engraving, however if client brings the product in, our engraving rates will apply. Contact us for a quote.

We offer special pricing when you buy our products. Outside items do not reflect a lower engraving rate. Our minimum charge for engraving outside products starts at $25
Do you require a Deposit or Full Payment?

All orders must be paid in full in order for us to commence the process. Deposits are only available if you are securing a date for a wedding or special event. (advance date booking) Once we are ready to start the order, full payment is required.
